Les blogueurs  <a href=\"http:\/\/scobleizer.com\/\">Robert Scoble<\/a> et <a href=\"http:\/\/www.techcrunch.com\/\">Michael Arrington<\/a> ont co-sign\u00e9 cette Charte.<\/p>\n<p>Je reproduis ici le texte de cette Charte qu&#8217;on pouvait trouver originalement sur <a href=\"http:\/\/opensocialweb.org\/2007\/09\/05\/bill-of-rights\/\">Open Web Social<\/a>, le 4 septembre dernier:<\/p>\n<p><em>We publicly assert that all users of the social web are entitled to certain <strong>fundamental rights<\/strong>, specifically:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> <strong>Ownership<\/strong> of their own personal information, including:\n<ul>\n<li>their own profile data<\/li>\n<li>the list of people they are connected to<\/li>\n<li>the activity stream of content they create;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li><strong>Control<\/strong> of whether and how such personal information is shared with others; and\n<li><strong>Freedom<\/strong> to grant persistent access to their personal information to trusted external sites.\n<\/ul>\n<p>Sites supporting these rights shall:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Allow their users to syndicate their own profile data, their friends list, and the data that\u2019s shared with them via the service, using a persistent URL or API token and open data formats;\n<li>Allow their users to syndicate their own stream of activity outside the site;<\/li>\n<li>Allow their users to link from their profile pages to external identifiers in a public way; and<\/li>\n<li>Allow their users to discover who else they know is also on their site, using the same external identifiers made available for lookup within the service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Il est possible de lire une <strong>traduction<\/strong> de cette Charte sur <a href=\"http:\/\/www.internetactu.net\">InternetActu<\/a> : <a href=\"http:\/\/www.internetactu.net\/?p=7266\">La d\u00e9claration des droits des utilisateurs du web social<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Sur les blogues de <a href=\"http:\/\/blog.plaxo.com\/archives\/2007\/09\/there_is_now_a_1.html\">Joseph Smarr<\/a> et de <a href=\"http:\/\/scobleizer.com\/2007\/09\/04\/bill-of-rights-for-participants-on-the-social-web\/\">Rober Scroble<\/a>, on peut consulter leurs billets sur le sujet.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A l&#8217;initiative de Joseph Smarr (Chief Platform Architect pour Plaxo) et de Marc Canter (de Broadband Mechanics) une Charte des droits pour les utilisateurs du Web social a \u00e9t\u00e9 propos\u00e9e.
